I tried manyyyy beauty products in 2023, but not all of them were winners. While some of these were influenced purchases, some I discovered on my own and loved! So, here’s my list of best beauty products of 2023 (& yes, I will be re-purchasing these this year!)
1. MediHeal Toner Pads – This purchase was 100% influenced by TikTok. I feel like they went viral a few months ago, but I have to say they live up to the hype! I’ve only tried the collagen ones, but my skin feels great after using them. I’ve noticed a huge difference in my skin’s texture after using these consistently. I used to have smaller bumps, not acne, but just texture. My skin’s surface feels a lot smoother and plumper since using these. Definitely recommend these!
2. Farmacy Honey Halo Moisturizer – I bought this on a whim when Farmacy was having their sale in the beginning of last year. This moisturizer is thickkk – which makes it perfect for winter! I layer this on before going to bed and I wake up with dewy, moisturized skin. It’s incredible and I think this finally beat my old nighttime moisturizer… will be repurchasing!
3. Farmacy Filling Good Hyaluronic Serum – When using this together with the moisturizer… *chef’s kiss*. I love that this plumps up my skin and gives it extra hydration, especially during these winter months. It also doesn’t leave my face feeling sticky, which means it’s a great product to use in the morning as well.
4. Farmacy Honeymoon AHA Resurfacing Night Serum – Once again, this product is great! I think I need to try the whole Honey line at this point… This serum goes on 2-3 times a week at night. When used consistently, it helps reduce fine lines, wrinkles, and pores. Like I said, I need to try out the other products in this line, but these 3 products work so well together. This trio is one of my favorite finds from 2023.
5. Osea Algae Body Oil – This body oil is so hydrating and does not leave my skin feeling oily. I feel like it instantly absorbs and leaves a nice sheen on your skin. I constantly have dry skin, so I love that I can layer this on right after a shower.
6. Versed Instant Resurfacing Mask – This went viral a year or so ago and every time I went to Target it was sold out… but I finally got my hands on it! This is great when I feel like my skin needs an overhaul. I like using this once every 2 weeks or so, but you can use more often. I feel like it really refreshes my skin and gives it a glow.
7. Elf Hydration Lip Mask – This is a great dupe for Laneige in my opinion. I felt like I was having a mild reaction to Laneige, so I was unable to use it after a while. This is a fraction of the price and gets the job done.
8. Herbivore Lapis Face Oil – This is an honorable mention because I have been obsessed with this product for so many years now. This oil was actually mentioned in my very first blog post – I will never stop singing its praise! This is for oily and acne-prone skin. I use it morning and night, especially in the winter. The hydration, the smoothness, the glow! It’s like a miracle worker, I swear.
9. InnBeauty Bright & Tight – This product is great for “no-makeup” days. I’ll dab this under my eyes and instantly look more awake! Plus, it’s cruelty-free and vegan. It’s an easy way for me to look put together when I don’t want to actually wear makeup.
10. Dae Cactus Styling Cream – My only hair product mentioned, but this cream is great! It’s so easy to use for slicked-back looks but doesn’t leave your hair greasy or hard like hair gel. I have face-framing bangs and using a little bit of this holds it back throughout the day!
